numetal.xyz uses no advertising, analytics, profiling, or cross-site tracking cookies, embeds no third-party marketing pixels, and loads no consent-management platform. The only cookies that may be set are strictly necessary security cookies placed by our infrastructure provider, Cloudflare, to protect the site against bots and abuse and to deliver content.

01Why there is no consent banner

Under Article 5(3) of the ePrivacy Directive (2002/58/EC) and its national transpositions — UK PECR reg. 6(4), Germany's TDDDG §25(2), and France via the CNIL — strictly necessary cookies are exempt from prior consent. Because the site sets only such cookies and no non-essential storage, GDPR's consent machinery is not triggered. Our obligation is transparency, met by this page — not a consent prompt. Adding a banner would itself introduce unnecessary storage, so we deliberately do not.

03What we do not do

We set no first-party Numetal cookies. We do not sell or share any data derived from these cookies, and we do not use them for advertising, profiling, or targeted advertising (CCPA/CPRA). The read-only fee dashboard at /fees reads public on-chain data from the Base network through fixed server-side endpoints; it does not set tracking cookies in your browser and does not build a profile of you.

04Managing cookies

Because these cookies are strictly necessary, blocking them in your browser may break security challenges and prevent the site from loading.
