Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website at numetal.xyz, the Numetal Discord and Telegram bots (each, a “bot”), and related software and on-chain components (together, the “Services”), operated by Numetal (“we”, “us”).
01Acceptance
By using the Services you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
02The Services
Numetal is experimental software — an agent accelerator studio under Gökhan Ventures that builds and backs autonomous agents across onchain, compute, artistic & cultural, and frontier-lab markets, together with community tooling such as the moderation and verification bots and informational pages. The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis and may change, break, or be discontinued at any time.
03Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Services, including: attempting to disrupt, attack, or gain unauthorized access; using them for unlawful purposes; or interfering with other users. Server administrators are responsible for how they configure and use the bot within their own communities. numetal.xyz hosts no user-generated content and accepts no uploads; report any suspected abuse or illegal content to contact@numetal.xyz and we will act on valid reports.
04Restricted jurisdictions & sanctions
You may not use the Services if you are located in, ordinarily resident in, or accessing them from a jurisdiction subject to comprehensive sanctions, or if you are a person or entity on a restricted-party or sanctions list administered by the U.S. Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC), the United Nations Security Council, the European Union, the United Kingdom, or any comparable authority. Restricted jurisdictions currently include Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, and the Crimea, Donetsk, and Luhansk regions of Ukraine, and may change as sanctions programs evolve. By using the Services, you represent that you are not a Restricted Person and that you will not use the Services for any prohibited purpose or for the benefit of any sanctioned or restricted party.
05No financial, investment, or legal advice
Nothing in the Services is financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. $NUMETAL and any related tokens or assets are experimental and may lose all of their value. On-chain transactions are irreversible. Markets are volatile. Do your own research and participate only with what you can afford to lose entirely.
06No warranty
The Services are provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
07Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Numetal and its contributors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for any loss of funds, tokens, data, or profits, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Services.
08The Discord bot
The bot is provided to server administrators as a moderation tool. You are responsible for granting it permissions, configuring it, and the moderation actions taken in your server. We are not responsible for actions performed by your moderators using the bot.
09Third-party services
The Services rely on third parties (including Discord, Cloudflare, the Base network, and on-chain liquidity venues) each governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party services.
10Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “last updated” date reflects the current version. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
11Governing law
These Terms are governed by generally applicable principles of international commercial and consumer-protection law, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any mandatory consumer-protection rights you hold under the law of your country of residence remain unaffected, and nothing here deprives you of them.
12Community, Telegram & verification bot
Access to the official Numetal Telegram community is token-gated and managed by our verification bot (@numetalguard_bot). By requesting to join or using the bot you agree that:
- Verification is a free, off-chain wallet signature — you sign a message to prove wallet ownership. It is not a transaction, moves no funds, grants no token approvals, and never takes custody. We will never ask for your seed phrase, private keys, or any payment to verify.
- Holding requirement: entry and continued access require holding the stated minimum of $NUMETAL (and/or designated assets). Thresholds may change; balances are re-checked periodically, and access may be revoked if your balance falls below the minimum.
- Data: to enforce access we link your Telegram ID to the wallet address you verify, stored solely for membership management and not sold. See the Privacy Policy.
- Conduct: no impersonation of the team, the bot, or members; no scams, phishing, or spam. Violations result in removal and ban.
- Official channels only: the team and the bot will never DM you first to request funds, keys, or "wallet validation." The only official bot is @numetalguard_bot; the only official $NUMETAL contract is
